On September 18th, Green Mountain Global Forum, in partnership with the Mad River Valley Localvore Project, will present Professor Fred Magdoff, Professor Emeritus of Plant and Soil Science at the University of Vermont. Magdoff has studied and written about world hunger for many years. He will discuss the compounding factors that are leading to the current realities around food production and distribution.
